Crunchy kiwi and chia seed verrines

Verrines croquantes au kiwi et graines de Chia - Soin de Toi
A 100% plant-based dessert, perfect for breakfast or a snack. Best prepared the day before. Preparation : 5 min

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 120 g of chia seeds
  • 80 cl of almond milk
  • 4 tbsp honey (or agave syrup)
  • 4 kiwis
  • 80g homemade granola

Preparation

Mix the chia seeds, almond milk and honey (or agave syrup). Refrigerate. Prepare the homemade granola . Cut the kiwis into thin slices. In glasses, place pieces of kiwi, granola, the almond milk and chia mixture, then add more kiwi, almond milk with the chia and finish with a little granola.
