How to apply your Avril certified organic Vieux Rose lip liner pencil.
- On clean, dry lips, apply your lip liner along the contour of your lips. Don't try to cheat by going over the edge, as this will give an unnatural, unfashionable result!
- You can then line the inside of your lips. This provides a base for the lipstick, which will last longer.
