1. Brush your teeth with Avril certified organic toothpaste 3 times a day for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Brush in an up/down motion, not a left/right motion: this helps remove debris without damaging your gums. The ideal motion is to start at the gum and move down (or up!) toward the tips of your teeth.
