Made from organic, fair-trade cassava roots, our cassava flour replaces up to 100% of wheat flour in pancakes, flatbreads, and exotic pastries. Its subtle flavor allows for aromas of vanilla, cocoa, and tropical fruits, while providing a soft, easy-to-work dough with no additives or emulsifiers.
Thanks to its resistant starch , flour slows down the absorption of carbohydrates: more regular energy, spaced out cravings and microbiota nourished by gentle prebiotic fibers. Naturally free from major allergens and rich in potassium, it contributes to acid-base balance and supports muscle function after a surfing session or a hike.

How to use Cassava Flour
- Replace 100% of the wheat flour in a cake.
- Thicken sauces or soups: 1 tbsp for 250 ml of liquid.
- Make pancakes: 200 g of flour, 2 eggs, 400 ml of milk.
- Store in a dry place, tightly closed, after opening.
