Pressed from fresh nuts and gently filtered, our deodorized organic coconut oil preserves the purity of the fats while eliminating the exotic aroma. The result is a clear, neutral, and stable oil that pairs equally well with spicy woks and moist cakes. Its solid texture at 24°C is reminiscent of butter; simply melt it in a bain-marie or directly in a pan to enjoy a creamy fat free of lactose and cholesterol.
Composed of approximately 60% medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), it provides readily available fuel—perfect for supporting early morning workouts or avoiding those 4 p.m. slumps. Lauric acid, the majority of which contributes to proper energy conversion and lipid balance. With a smoke point of approximately 200°C, the oil remains stable during cooking, limiting the formation of oxidized compounds; your vegetable stir-fries, homemade popcorn, or creamy curries thus retain an authentic and digestible taste.
