Extracted by first cold pressing, our organic coconut oil retains its floral aromas and a silky texture that liquefies at 24°C. It is an advantageous replacement for butter: a single spoonful provides stable lipids, rich in MCT , to support endurance during active days or after a morning sports session.
Composed of approximately 50% lauric acid, this virgin oil promotes rapid energy conversion while remaining easily digestible. MCTs pass directly through the liver, providing immediate fuel without a glycemic spike; ideal for keto, lactose-free, or vegan diets. Its light aroma perfumes vegetable stir-fries, creamy curries, crunchy granola, and even pastries: chocolate mousse, vegan cookies, or energy balls gain creaminess without weighing down the recipe. Its smoke point of 180°C limits the formation of oxidized compounds, ensuring clear and digestible cooking.

How to use Virgin Coconut Oil
