Our ginger infusion is made from organically grown rhizomes that are picked at their peak, finely sliced, and then dried at low temperatures. This artisanal process preserves a fresh, lemony, and slightly peppery flavor that invites an invigorating break at any time of day. Caffeine-free, it's a great substitute for a second cup of coffee and pairs well with a spoonful of honey or a squeeze of lime.
The gingerols and shogaols released in the hot water support the production of digestive enzymes, soothe the feeling of heaviness after a large meal, and help limit nausea caused by travel. How to use Ginger Infusion
- Add 1 tsp (≈ 2 g) of shavings per 200 ml cup.
- Add water at 95°C, cover to preserve volatile oils.
- Let it steep for 5-7 minutes depending on the desired intensity.
- Strain, enjoy plain or sweeten lightly with honey.
